In accordance with the requirements of the National Security Council, for the peace of mind of all (visitors and employees) numerous preventive measures are put in place.
  • A notice board reminding visitors of the safety instructions is present at each entrance to the site and is displayed during the tour.
  • An explanatory leaflet on the “visiting rules” is given to each visitor on arrival at the Memorial.
  • Hydroalcoholic gel is made available to visitors at many points on the site.
  • Wearing a mask is compulsory. Visitors who do not have masks may purchase them at cost price on site.
  • Lockers will not be accessible. Please bring only small bags.
  • Systematic cleaning is carried out by our teams: repeated cleaning of visit areas and disinfection of contact surfaces such as payment terminals, handrails, shop…

A signposted, one-way route avoids any crossover between visitors.

Visits are authorised for single people, families, couples or people living under the same roof. Group visits are not permitted.

The Museum’s capacity is reduced to 100 people per hour, to allow for a simultaneous presence of no more than 1 visitor per 10m2. Our large visiting areas allow an excellent quality of visit.

NEW : new visit application available on smartphone.

In order to limit and control the number of simultaneous visitors and respect the rules of social distancing, it is mandatory to book online. Entry without reservation will not be guaranteed. You can also book your visit by telephone on 02 385 19 12.
